I need a PC on this nice thing
Jade Wand dark dmg: 11-22 (req 11 curses) energy +5 (while health is above 50%) halves skill recharge on spells (chance 10%) Thanks in advance |

15-30k sounds a bit high. It is a Factions item, but jade wands aren't exactly the most popular or the best-looking, plus it has a high req. There're equivalent 5>50 20% recharge collector/crafter/green wands in Factions, so I would put this at around 10k.

The only collector wands I have seen in Factions are +5 below not above. Unless I have missed something somewhere. I think the end-game green wands are above.
